0:35.0	I think this is subject or just a lack of information out there. I've done a lot of podcast episodes about it and so I think this is just a good and timely question and it seems to be evergreen so let's hit it.

1:07.0	Is it worth for me to get the asset protection set up prior to getting my first property property or am I better off to just
