0:22.2	and he's trying to decide whether he should continue buying turnkey rental
0:25.8	properties or invest in other passive investments.
0:30.3	So David writes in he says, hey Marco, I had an interesting question that I wanted to run by you.
0:35.0	I am currently 32 and have three rental properties and a handful of other alternative investments,
0:41.0	including mortgage notes, syndication funds, etc.
0:45.2	I am an accredited investor and I am looking to continue to grow my overall investment portfolio.
0:51.2	From my W-2 income, I have about $100,000 per year that I am
0:56.2	dedicating towards building my investment portfolio. As I am an accredited
1:00.5	investor, would you steer me towards passive funds with larger returns
1:05.1	which require accreditation or would I still greatly benefit by investing in
