And I don't think that that's

asking too much of your favorite podcast host. Today's episode is an advice

column episode. I'm excited we haven't done an advice episode in forever. They

used to be a part of Smorgasborg episodes that we did, but

Smorgasborg episodes turned into gossip episodes, which are a monthly occurrence here on Park Car convos.

And so the advice part just kind of dropped off, but I'm back and I'm ready to be giving you guys some

Solicited advice for once in my life. That's a it's a fun kind of change of pace

But before we get into that, we're not going to do a Peking Valley of the week, crazy. I know, I'm so sorry.

But I usually do Peking Valley of the week, which is the best thing that happened to me that week,

the worst thing that happened to me that week, but we're not doing that this week because I'm batching a ton of episodes.

And as I'm recording this right now, I also recorded an episode yesterday and nothing has changed in my life so I don't have a new peak

nor a valley but I did ask you guys on the podcast Instagram which of course you should

I asked what your current ins and outs are and I figured I would read those for these

batch episodes to kind of still give you something give you a little
