But I felt like we were a little overdue for a solo episode.

So today it is just me doing a little bit of a life update and then we're going to go in with some

Q&A. I am testing out a new experiment here on the show called Ask Less, where

y'all submitted some amazing questions that you wanted my take and my advice on,

so I'm really, really excited to dig into that.

But first, we are long overdue for a life catch-up.

The last time we had a life update was when I brought the show back from the summer hiatus. I was still traveling. I was still a little bit all over the place, but I'm excited to report that we're settling back down and

we're easing back into a regular routine.

So if you've been following me all year, you may know that I have been traveling for most of the year.

I've been living in LA for the past four years and then last spring packed up all my stuff.

I put it in storage and I've been traveling ever since and I went to Europe and I went home to Seattle and I did a bunch of many trips around the US and I spent some time in New York and I was trying to decide where I wanted to land and where I wanted to be.

Going back to LA could have been really easy
