of Ask Kelly. Today we are talking about how to lead as a soloprenor, which is a great question and I get it very frequently because small

business owners and entrepreneurs, business people, understand that leadership in your niche or industry is absolutely huge.

You want to be the person that's setting the tone and creating the conversation in your

field,

not someone that's simply a player at the table

in someone else's conversation.

How do you get to the point where

when the people in your niche or industry, your target market, think of someone

that does what you do, that they would only consider you.

Now there's over six billion people on the planet and the good news is is that for you as a small business owner to accomplish your goals

chances are you need a very very small portion of that. Maybe you want to get to the six figure

mark, maybe you want to get to the seven figure mark, maybe there's some people listening that are already

there that are shooting for the 8 figure mark.

But the truth is to accomplish any of those goals,

you don't need to be everywhere to everyone.

But you do need to be everywhere to your target market to the people that you're trying to impact to the people that are the exact perfect fit for what you do and who you are and how you help people. So the first key thing is you lead as

a solopreneur by building a name with the people that you're focused on helping.
