In today's episode we're digging into how to get your team making sales every day.

I get questions from my advanced

entrepreneurs all the time about what they can do to finally get their team

invested and excited to participate in the revenue generation

piece of their business. You see what happens for most entrepreneurs is they

get started hiring people to service. They get people working to do the tactical

and the operation side of the business, to handle social media, to maybe help with

clients or patients or customers, and all of a sudden you look around and you have this team around you that you love and adore

but they're not contributing to the profit of your business which means that even though they're working really hard every single day

they're costing you a whole lot of money which means that you get your business stuck in a

rut because those investments that you're making aren't

bringing a return. One of the most important things to cultivate as a leader and

business owner is your skill level and your ability to teach, train, and coach your own team to sell.

Because think about it.

No matter what stage or age your business is in, if you are the only person generating clients and

customers, ultimately the business is going to get to a place of stagnation.
