of this show podcast and movement. Welcome to our Wednesday Q&A. We've got a lot of good

questions for you today. We may or may not have men that jump in and ask questions. We

have a few guys on the chat with us today. So we might have a few questions from them,

but we also have a ton of questions that have been emailed to us here lately. And we're

going to be serving you guys in a very, very big way. For those of you guys who are zooming

on and Valdi. So what I'd like to do is if you guys do have questions, I would also encourage

you to share any type of win that you've had in your life, just anything that you're incredibly

grateful for, something that might have happened in your marriage within your relationships,
