If you were still playing, what do you think your offseason would look like right now?

How would you be staying in shape with no access to the facilities, trainers, etc?

This time reminds me a lot of the 2011 lockout.

And during that off season, when I came back, I actually had the lowest body fat

recorded of any training camp that I showed up for.

And I would always give crap to Eric Siano and the strength staff.

Every year when I would come back and not match that 2011 and say, you know, I was doing

a better job training on my own and I could stay in better shape.

remind me that when I was up in Buffalo, I was always traveling back to Louisville for bachelor

parties and weddings and derby and whatnot. So that's what Siana would blame it on. But I have a

gym at my house and gyms weren't closed in 2011. are now so that's that's a big difference i could

always go over to uvl and work out in 2011 these guys can't do that now so hopefully a lot of them

have bought equipment so that they can do similar training to what they normally do at their house

and show up ready to roll because with a condensed time with no OTAs and spring practices,

these guys are going to have to come into training camp ready to roll. That was an excellent question.
