1:11.6	but for starters, could you explain to me what that is?

1:17.6	So strategic autonomy refers to the idea that Europeans should be able to handle their own security even without US support
1:25.6	because the US may not always be willing or able
1:28.8	to underwrite security in Europe or its neighbourhood. So to have strategic autonomy, European
