Reminder, I do not see any of the questions in advance. Let's get right into it. I think we've got three. Instead of college, what would you suggest people do after high school? I love this question at Pink Pigeon. I am a big believer that you should intern.

Figure out if you even want to do what you think you want to do. I mean, it is so bizarre. The system is so broken to think that at 18-year-old, you know what you want to do with the rest of your life, and you're going to go major in that. And then you can't turn around from having given a university $100,000. is something that you might determine just by doing a little bit of work that you actually hate.

don't maybe want to work in fashion when you get to the store, but you feel pressured to because

you've just spent so much money on a degree. I am such a big believer in internships, and I also

think that it's incumbent upon business owners, especially small

business owners, to get together and say, I'm going to take interns from high school. It's a

great way for them to become an apprentice. Who better to hire than someone who's been working

for you as an apprentice for years under you? And you could just completely undercut the

university meaningless degree. Unless you want to really do something like, you know,

practice law where you have to pass the bar, be a doctor, be a dentist, those things that you

do need to definitely go to school and learn those specialties, I just don't think with things

like journalism, especially with BuzzFeed being a journal. I mean, it's like, what are you doing?

Just start writing. Do whatever it is that you love because it is practice and familiarity that's going to make you good at whatever

career path it is that you choose and most importantly determining what you don't want to do

through internships and jobs. Next question.
