It's great to be here. You've been such a hospitable host. I was so impressed.

So I came in on Sunday and we hung out on your roof deck porch and we're just kind of

hanging out. It was the first time I met Jake and Winnie. I made a new best friend.

Best friends with Winnie. Yes, Winnie is in love.

However, however, not however, I was so impressed that Jake apparently listened to the podcast

and he bought orange vanilla seltzer for me.

He did. He told me when we were at the grocery store, he was like, I wrote down the drinks

that Becca likes when I was listening to the episode. And I was like, I love you. That's

so nice.

I'm really excited about today's episode. We have my friend Felicia Jones on to do an

Ask an HR rep episode to answer all of your career questions in a more thoughtful way

and from a different lens. Or whenever we answer career questions, it's from the lens

of being employees and managers versus this is from the HR point of view. And I'm really

excited for you to hear this discussion. It was so interesting.

I honestly learned so much. I did not know what to expect. But my mind was blown even

as someone who just works for themselves with themselves for the most part. I feel like

I just I learned so so much. It was such a powerful reframe for me on a lot of things.
