Okay, so how long did you do in the sauna? Like and what temperature was it at?

Because all the people want to know just to what level you're torturing yourself at. and what

So it's an infrared sauna, so it doesn't get like crazy hot

like some of the others, but it's got all the light therapy stuff.

And so I did 40 minutes at 170.

Okay, very good.

And guys, that's a decent temperature to do a brisket at too.
