| 1:07.2 | And in America, we're really conditioned to want sweet things for breakfast, |
| 1:12.6 | unfortunately. You know, think about it. cereal, donuts, rolls, muffins, they're all very |
| 1:19.5 | sugary things. It's like wanting dessert for breakfast, really. So let's start out with eggs. You know, that is the obvious answer, right? And I think a lot of people just get |
| 1:35.4 | tired of eating eggs every single day. But what I would encourage you to do is switch it up. |
