Hi, and we are going to answer more of your coaching questions today

The good news is there will be like a kind of a mini documentary a video coming out about this at some point from the do north guys

But we kind of diminished the difficulty of it because I would just see these little you know

There are 25 miles and there are 50 miles and there's 75 miles and it just seemed like not much is going on

It almost like the easy except you just see Jonathan go from yeah, enthusiasm a little less so a little less

So we we had an everlasting ride planned but not a typical one so doesn't count like there's a there's a guy

That made a website and pretty much set parameters so that you have to fit into his criteria to have an everlasting ride

And I don't care

I just wanted to ride my bike and that's it all of us wanted to do and we had a really cool route

Usually you have to repeat a single segment over and over

But for us we wanted to use every main road in the San Gabriel mountain range above LA

Which if you fly into the giant mountains that you see there and it was awesome

It was really cool. We ended up having to change the route because a storm blew in

It was looking like great weather until a day or two before and it shifted on us and
