been undergoing some sleep testing to try to optimize your sleep and you're having some issues with it.

So he's curious to know if you learned anything from the sleep study that you underwent.

Yeah, so I just give a little recap. I've always had problems like being tired and sleeping 10, 11, 12 hours and still feeling tired.

I wake up at the headache and dry mouth and all that kind of stuff.

And my wife recently noticed that I was like, she'd hear me gasping in the middle of the night or she'd hear me like going,

and breathing and then kind of getting less and less and then stop breathing and taking a huge breath at once.

My dad had sleep apnea, but I thought I never had sleep apnea because I'm a skinny guy.

6, 6 right now I'm 200 pounds, but I race at like 180 and my height, that's pretty light.

So I thought before it was actually like a testosterone problem, but I got that tested and that was just fine.

So I went to a sleep doctor and he did a few things on me. First, I did an at home study.

So what it means when you suspect that you have sleep apnea, you go to a doctor and he looked at all these things about my body.

He's like, well, you have a narrow jaw that could cause it.
