She is the founder of Asian Garden to Table where she introduces Asian varieties as well

as cooking and growing tips for all these varieties.

So I'm excited today, Regina, because you're in Florida, I'm in California, both warmer

growing zones.

And there's definitely some strategies that you have to change when you're in those zones

to grow Asian vegetables.

So I was curious, you know, if you had to pick some easy ones for someone to start with

in a warm zone, do you have any recommendations there?

Yes.

Usually I will categorize into like warm weather vegetables and hot weather vegetables.

Warm weather vegetables.

A lot of them we are the very familiar like cucumber tomatoes, they can actually take

in some warm weather, right?

But we're talking about something that can grow in really hot weather like above 85 degree.

So these vegetables, if you want to start something easy, I would recommend like long

bean.

Long bean is very like a lot of time green bean will not be able to grow when the weather

got really hot, but long bean will be able to grow.

And they are they fruit much earlier and the bean much longer and the very productive.
