About two seconds before we started the show, Chris said,

I wonder what I'm going to have for lunch,

even though it's probably like 4 o'clock now.

Yeah, Chris has not had lunch,

so he's going to be distracted for the most of the show,

but by the end of the show, we will decide what Chris is going to have for lunch.

I hate to admit I'm edging towards Burger King or something.

Right. I'm an idiot.

One option is to have a crisp Salad Works salad, which is a salad, but there's no carbs in it, which means all the stuff I've got to do today, I'm going to run out of energy halfway.

Whereas something like Shake Shack, you don't keep me going for like seven or eight hours, but then it's very unhealthy.

Does that not make you incredibly sleepy, a Shake Sh shack? Like a frozen custard shake and a big burger?

I don't get the custard shake.
