And alaamu alaikum and rahmitullah and barakatou.

When he arrived to Medina,

he saw that the Jewish community in Medina was fasting.

And when he asked what they were fasting for,

they told him that this is the commemoration of the salvation

of the children of Israel from Brani Israel from Fariung,

that Allah, He gave them safe passage from that tyranny.

And so we fast on this day, they said to him, the Prophet I.S.A.S.A.

as a way to commemorate and as a way to honor and thank Allah.

And the Prophet Ayis Soutu'll tell him, he responded by saying,

We're a haqqa by Musa, that we as Muslims have more of a responsibility and more of a commitment to the legacy
