Good morning and namaste everybody.

All of Arshabaakra is basically it's saying one thing about our reality which is already present and already

evident shining force and these words are like a pointer. Ashtabakra's words should be taken as a pointer.

Not so much as an argument, not so much as, you know, teaching also. It's trying to show us something.

So, at any time if you feel, it is an exercise in meditation.

Ashdavakra is actually an exercise in non-dual meditation.

Any time if you feel like closing your eyes and focusing on what he's trying to point out, that's wonderful.

Don't drift off to sleep.

But even if you do, you won't miss anything because when you wake up again it will be the same thing, he'll be saying the same thing.
