This week we're talking about hiring tips. I know you have heard me talk about the difference

0:11.1

in being an entrepreneur and a CEO. And one of the main differences is we are more interested

0:15.9

in saving time versus saving money because we know when we invest in creating more time in our schedule

0:22.3

that we can eventually make more money because we're working on income generating activities.

1:21.1

you're writing a job description where you're going to start advertising to hire someone,

1:25.1

don't get caught up in the details of all the things that that person must do.

1:29.4

Instead, look for the right person who's trainable and coachable and maybe can morph into a couple of

1:34.8

unexpected positions in your company. So you may hire two part-time people that are awesome and have

1:40.4

the right skill sets to fill one full-time position. Don't be set on the position.
