This is it, this is how a podcast starts.

Welcome, everyone. I'm going to ask you to introduce yourselves on the microphones and tell us where the listener may have seen your name on their television screen.

And Lauren, let's start with you.

My name is Lauren Lefronk.

I have worked on shows like Chuck, Hemlock Grove, Marvel's Agents of Shield.

And for the past two years, I've been show running a show

called Impulse on YouTube Premium. Can you tell us a little bit about Impulse for people who have not

seen it? Sure. So Impulse is really a story about a young woman who moves to a small town. She suffers from seizures. She gets in a truck

with a boy and it starts out like a good experience and then he sexually assaults her. And in that

moment, she teleports out of the truck. She has a seizure and it turns into a teleport. And she ends up

crushing the truck on the boy and he

becomes paralyzed. And so it follows her journey trying to discover what this new power she has is.

And obviously we delve a lot into sexual assault and trauma. And it's on its second season now.

Hi, I'm Sara Saidae and the very first show I was on, I don't think anybody would ever remember it.

It didn't last very long. It was a half hour comedy called the Goodwin Games on Fox.

It was a lot of fun. It was a great first job to have, but had a couple of dry spells after that show.
