I am definitely known to not shy away from talking about my period aka my Karen and all the ways it affects my body

My mind my mood leading up to it. We get into that. I am so excited to have Ashley Green

Corey her married name who played Alice Cullen in the twilight series

But she does so much more and her sister-in-law Olivia Corey and we are diving deep into the period and how it affects the body

They give us all sorts of tips and tricks. They co-founded a company called Hummingway

I don't know one single person who enjoys getting their period especially when they're painful

Emotionally and physically draining and throwing us all for some major f and hormonal highs and lows

We talk about something that is so stupidly still taboo for some reason but period pain
