live i'm always so honored to get to spend this time with you in fact i look forward to bringing

you conversations every single day that hopefully inspire you in your faith walk that deepen your

understanding of god's word and that heightens your awareness of his very real

presence in your life. You know, Jesus said, come to me, all who are weary and heavy laden,

I will give you rest. My yoke is easy. My burden is light. He says, learn from me. Think about it,

the savior of the world, the government on his shoulders. He says, learn from me. I'm gentle and

humble of heart.

Well, maybe you're running on fumes these days. And if you are, where you've come to the right

place, God has a life rhythm for you that involves times of rest and replenishment, intimate,

intimate times of prayer with your creator. And you can develop spiritual practices that ignite your

faith and restore your soul. In fact, I think we live in a day that this is just essential in our walk with the Lord.

You know, we need to be hearing what God is saying to his people.

And he speaks to those who are waiting and watching, not to those who are rushing, racing, and stressing.

So most days on this show, I'm asking for your engagement today.

I just want you to rest.

I'm praying that today's show and the conversations and the prayers are just a healing balm for your soul.
