The Bible is back, babies! Ash still knows very little about the #1 best-selling book in the world, of all time... and this time she is joined by friends Kristal and Ryan, who come from very different religious backgrounds (see below).
In our second episode, Kristal dives into the second book of the Old Testament, Exodus. She talks about the plagues brought upon Egypt by God, who seemed to be on both Joseph and Pharaoh's side, it's very confusing. Then, the Israelites finally make it out of Egypt only to wander around the desert for years, following God, who generally took the shape of a pillar of smoke. The "chosen people" are not stoked.
Kristal Adams is a Black woman who was raised Christian on the West Coast. She is a hilarious, well-respected and award winning comedian, writer and more... she's kind of a big deal.
