We all know and love Alex, but just in case you are joining in at a later date and making your way back,

well, it makes more sense if you do it the other way. But hey, some people

also recently told me that they like to listen to the end of things first because it gives

them less anxiety listening to the rest of it, which is, I wouldn't like that. I would feel like it would spoil the surprise for me.

But I understand that everybody has different ways of doing things.

So if you're one of those, yeah.

I was going to say, like, we kind of dissected the bridge in previous episodes, like episodes one to seven, we're going up the bridge

to total freedom. And it kind of makes sense to listen to that chronologically. But from this

point onwards, we're going to be doing more topics and discussion points that aren't necessarily

a story thing. You have to follow step by step. So from this point, if you miss a week and then,

you know, whatever, it's not like the next episode

won't make any sense so it's it's also cool if you're just joining us and you're new to the podcast
