So without much further ado, we're going to get started with Dr. Stein. Very quick introduction

for our listeners who do not know Dr. Stein. She's a colorectal surgeon at University Cleveland Medical

Center Hospital, a professor of surgery at Case Western. She is a director at University

Hospital's UH Rises program and she's had outstanding contributions to her patients' university

as well as the colorectal literature. She has served as the president of the Association

of Women's Surgeon and she's currently on the Executive Council of the American Society of

colon and rectal surgeons. This year Dr. Stein served as the program chair of the 22 annual

scientific meeting and we are very excited to have this one-on-one time with her. Thank you so

I think one of one of my main questions that I've been wondering is what exactly goes into organizing

a meeting like this and so from you know you know over the several months, years, weeks leading up
