ascension. And we figured coming out of kind of an intense 2021 and going into 2022, it'd be nice

tell us a little bit more about it. Yes. Hi, Jude. Ascension is one of those buzzwords that we hear a lot.

And some of you may be thinking, what is Ascension? Now, Ascension itself is a pretty broad,

multi-leveled concept. So we're going to go over a couple of the ideals of what

Ascension is. And it's not limited to these. But Ascension can be a spiritual awakening, a spiritual

upgrade, a profound expansion. It can be an inner rebirth to an elevated state. It can also be an expansion of the heart and the soul. It can be an inner rebirth to an elevated state.

It can also be an expansion of the heart and the soul.

It can be when you're able to transcend limited beliefs.

It can be when you commune with oneness,

empowerment outside of the third dimensional successes,

tapping into your inner divinity,

a higher level of consciousness, an extreme rays and vibrational frequency, ego death, that's a big one, personal growth and understanding,

an awareness of limitless potential, moving into a state of trust and allowing, aligning
