I've heard you talk about this a little bit other places but people like that

guy Rice I think he said his name was they just kind of exist and they they somehow

they get away with it.

Could you talk a little bit about that?

I mean, it sounds like they're known.

You say that, oh, this guy has a reputation.

People know it, and I've heard it describe before,

too, where it's like, you'll know these people are assholes but because of the culture it's always just like yeah that guy is an

asshole you know nothing's really done about it you know is it it's not just the

culture it's the system. So like Joey Crystal is another

officer that's got a good bit of attention from Baltimore. He's a true

whistleblower whereas I never really was a whistleblower even though people put that

title on me that he

actually testified against seeing this corruption from one of those known assholes who was

Sergeant Mario Giolamus he was like I've gotten personal arguments with him being such an

asshole and a guy like that out there. But Joey ended up being kicked out of the

agency, ostracized, ended up working in a small agency in Florida having to get the run around he suffered all the repercussions and even though he got some small convictions on the other officers
