We are continuing the wonderful interview with two X Mormons about

their stories I really enjoyed this it was one of my favorite episodes I've

ever done.

So I just going to get right back to it.

Let's start that interview right where we left off.

All right, Bill, I kind of want to ask what happened.

Yes, sir.

In your mission.

Let's see, how should I put it I was honest my permission president was a very

strict guy and it just seemed like every week there or every month there were new rules coming out you can't do this can't do that

Don't visit this place don't go there and it just got to the point where I really didn't like it.

Yeah.

My somebody went home before me and I never found out why he went home.

I don't want to know but I thought when I saw him I thought when I saw him go home I thought well I guess it's time for me to go to because I had always seen him as being somebody that was a pretty good missionary.

I figured if he can't stand it and I can't either.

So I went to the mission president and I said I'm ready to go home and this was about a year into the mission. So he said okay and he started to call Salt Lake to start the process.

It's not something that can be done.

I guess if there's a sin involved or something,

it could be done overnight.

But in my case, that didn't happen.
