Today, for the first time, we're going to learn several adjectives and nouns.

Before Joel goes inside his house, he decides to take a

trip around the outside of his house first, which is where we store adjectives. The first thing that

he encounters, as you may recall, is his mossy car, which is where we keep the word mass,

which means more. There's a similar word kept here as well. Inside

Joel's blue car, he keeps a special horde of tea bags. Just like the car, these tea bags just

sit on his driveway completely unused. They're only there to comfort Joel and to give him a sense

of security.

When Joel compares himself with other people, he likes to talk about his horde of tea.

He says, my horde is better than anybody else's horde.

Joel's word for better is mechor, which sounds kind of like my horde.

We have an idiom to learn with this word as well.

When Joel is very impressed by something,

he might say that it is the best of something.

Now, that could be la mejor thing,

but if he's just saying that it's the best without referring to the noun itself specifically,

he might just say it's lo mejor.

In fact, the phrase lo mejor often refers vaguely to the best part of something.
