on the bench, right, heard arguments in Fulton v. City of Philadelphia. Now, this is a sleeper

of a case that could have huge implications for anti-discrimination laws.

Lots going on while democracy is holding on by a thread right now.

Yes, there is a lot going on, including this case, which involves the city of Philadelphia

and a Catholic Social Services agency that places kids and families for adoption and foster care.

Now, the city of Philadelphia has a non-discrimination provision that says any group that

does business with the city of Philadelphia, like serving as a foster care placement agency,

perhaps, cannot discriminate against certain groups when it does its business with the city of

Philadelphia, which is my hometown,
