So the first thing is Joe Biden comes back from Camp David and he gives a speech today,

blaming everybody else, but himself. Okay. Now, as Mr. Biden would say, that's malarkey. I don't

have time for that tonight. I'll deal with it on some level tomorrow. But I really don't have time

for excuse making from the President of the United States. He blew it. It's on his watch.

And we'll prove it beyond any reasonable doubt. So we will begin with the utter

incompetence of the White House. Do you know that the chief White House spokesperson Jen

Saki is on vacation? Now, maybe she could have come back for something like this. One of the

worst American foreign policy debacles in history may be Jen could have said, you know,

I'm going to go back for a couple of days. No, no. Even Biden had to be cajoled, I understand,

to a give an address today. So this proves that President Biden is diminished. I've said that

now for a while. I don't know. I'm not a doctor and I'm not going to speculate about any physical

condition. I'm going to tell you the man's diminished. He doesn't really understand what's happening.

And if you combine the border, which is a total collapse and we have an interesting soundbite

coming up on that with Afghanistan, do you really need to know anymore?
