The Raiders, they get back to work today and the rest of the week for OTAs.

offensive scheme and offensive blocking scheme, more particular for the offensive line.

So we'll do all that. We'll deep dive coming up in segment number two. Here is segment number one, just news and notes of the day. And we'll go ahead and jump right back into it. And after having Monday off for Memorial Day and hopefully everyone was able to enjoy their Memorial Day, hopefully everyone was understand what the day was all about and had a couple of you know

minutes to be able to reflect on that but the Raiders were off on Monday and now they'll be back

at work have OTAs coming up today they'll have OTAs on Thursday and again on Friday so on

Thursday we'll actually have an opportunity to be out there but they will be in action the next

three days they'll do it again next week as well and then mandatory mini camp will be right around the corner. They'll have that big long break and then get ready for training camp. So looking forward to being back out there at practice. We were able to be out there last week. We heard from Clint Kubiak, heard from a handful of players as well. And so we'll do the same thing coming up this week. But it's just another opportunity for these guys to get out there on the grass and get some more work in. And, you know, again, like Clint Kubiak had talked about last week, earning the shields on their helmet. He's hoping that they can get them on there by training camp. It's a team thing, not an individual thing. So all the team has to go out there

and do the right thing. And they have to go out there and be practicing hard. They have to go out there and be going to film study the right way. They have to be, you know, operating as what they're supposed to be doing even off the field, according to head coach Clint Kubiak. So this is just another step in the maturation process for this team led by Clint Kubiak.

I'm excited about it.

I think we've documented that. Well, a lot of people are excited about the direction that this team is going. Obviously, they've got to put it together and we'll see it sooner rather than later. But it's just another step. So back at practice today, Thursday and Friday, and of course, on Thursday,

it'll go from 940 to 1140. We'll talk to Andrew Janoko, the Raiders offensive coordinator.

We'll do that right after practice, which will be about 1145, 1150, and then players are scheduled

to be around 1 o'clock and then next week we'll have an opportunity to talk to defensive

coordinator, Robbie Leonard. So looking forward to that as as well so Raiders OTAs back in action today and

we'll be back out there coming up on Thursday on Monday Memorial Day and had an opportunity

to catch up with Steve Weiss from the NFL network and ESPN he's the chief national reporter
