20 attorneys general are suing the Biden administration over school lunches.

These are all Republicans, every single one of them.

They're being led by Indiana attorney general Todd Roquita and Texas attorney general Ken

Paxton. The original lawsuit was started by the Tennessee attorney general, Herbert Slattery.

The states weighing in include Alabama, Arkansas, Nebraska, Ohio, and Virginia, among others.

What they're opposed to is that the federal school lunch program says that schools may not

discriminate against LGBTQ people, kids, basically gay and lesbian or trans kids.

They may not discriminate against them based on their gender or their, well, I don't have the

exact language, but in any case, the Southern Poverty Law Center says that anti-gay hate groups

have increased 43% in the past year. The Indiana attorney general

wrote, we all know the Biden administration is dead set on imposing an extreme left-wing agenda

on Americans nationwide, but they've reached a new level of shamelessness with the

ploy of holding up food assistance for low-income kids unless schools do the left's bidding.
