Welcome back to the Derschow before I get to the saga of Nathan Wade and Fanny Willis, as you know,

Nostradamus Dershowitz predicted it perfectly. I said that the judge would try to

split the maybe in half, the maybe died. I predicted that he would disqualify Wade but not disqualify Willis and that he would find that there was an appearance of conflict but not a real conflict.

I got it exactly right.

CNN again, got it exactly wrong.

I get it right not because I'm smarter,

but because I don't allow my own preferences my own preference would have been of course

for the judge to completely disqualify a way and to recommend her criminal investigation, prosecution, and imprisonment.

So that was not my goal.

My wish was not to see this divided opinion, but my analysis was that and that's why I get my predictions

right and CNN always gets them wrong but before we get there I don't know if I'm going to make a

prediction here but I want to talk about this absolute

scandal that's occurring now in New York, Trump's burned by 30 companies as he seeks

bond in $454 million judgment.
