| 0:08.8 | now, to get your mind aligned with the truth of God. That really is one of our biggest |
| 0:14.7 | goals every day. It's to get the way that we think, in sync with what God thinks. We |
| 0:21.2 | want to be living out our lives according to His will and according to His view of reality, |
| 0:26.2 | His view of reality is reality. Think about that for a moment. Now, before we move ahead, |
| 0:33.2 | I want to just draw something to your attention. Many people here at the end of the year are |
| 0:38.7 | looking for ways to make tax deductible donations in a way that will benefit them tax wise. I understand |
| 0:44.9 | all of that. Many ministries like ours put out calls to action toward the end of the year, |
| 0:50.2 | inviting people to consider their nonprofit. Well, I want to do that with not a needy person, |
| 0:54.6 | because I believe in not a needy person so much. This is a 501c3 tax exempt nonprofit. And it |
| 1:01.8 | is an opportunity for you as a believer in Christ to give a one time or recurring gift to actual |
| 1:09.4 | Christians who are in need. These needs have been fully vetted. And at this point, 100% of what |
| 1:14.8 | you give goes to the needs that you find at not a needyperson.org. Right now, we have a family, |
| 1:21.8 | a mother of three and a grandmother who have many expenses, major surgeries, things like that, |
| 1:26.6 | medical bills. We have a family with two children and one on the way who have had unexpected |
| 1:30.6 | medical expenses. We have a woman who lost her job. We have another young woman who's struggling |
| 1:35.0 | with bills just after her father has passed away. And there are just all kinds of needs. There's |
| 1:39.8 | also any need fund that you can give to on a recurring basis that will enable us to use that money |
| 1:45.4 | in a discretionary manner to help people who have submitted their needs. And I guarantee you, |
| 1:50.2 | every bit of this money is being handled with the utmost integrity. If you want to go to not |
| 1:55.1 | a needyperson.org, you can see all the needs that are currently there and understand how the program |
| 2:00.4 | works. All right. Today, we are continuing our study looking at biblical teachings about joy |
