This is day two of our NFL Combine preview. We talked about the four players on offense yesterday. Today we'll talk about

the seven guys on defense, Caden Curry, Caden McDonald, Sunny Stiles, Arvel Reese, Davidson,

Igbenos, and Lorenzo Stiles and Caleb Downs. And I want to start up front and to talk about Cade McDonnell and

Tyler Williams first. Last year, Tyler Williams became the fourth defensive player since Ryan Day

became the head coach to be a first round. Draft picky went 28th to the Lions. The other three

were in Ryan Day's first draft class. And so I think you maybe give more credit to that to Urban Meyer than Ryan Day simply because a lot of those guys were pretty established and at the end of their careers. Chey Chong went two. Jeff Okuda went three. Damon Nott went night. Here's how I want to talk about Kate McDonald because it felt like last year, Stefan, we went into the draft going, yo, if Tyloak Williams has a ball, he's going to, if he cooks here, he's going to be a first round draft pick. Here's my question. Who was more day one solidified going into the NFL combine? Tileak Williams in 2025 are Cade McDonald going into it this year. I think I'd say Ty Leak. I think I have fewer concerns kind of about the size factor of it. What's funny is Kaden and Tileak are actually kind of listed at the same height of weight right now. I'm interested to see what Kaden is actually set at. I think it's probably going to be less than maybe what Ohio State lists them at. But I don't know, maybe I could be wrong. But I think because of the measurements, felt more confident in Kaden. Sorry, Ty Leak, I should say. So I don't have to lean toward Tai League. Gil, it's right down the mock draft database consensus. Peter Woods is the number one to defensive tackle. He's 16th overall. Caleb Banks is 24th overall, second amongst defensive tackles. And then Kaden McBowell, he's third. He started almost defensive tackles in 29th overall. Caleb Banks is 24th, overall, second amongst defensive tackles, and then Katie McAuliffe. He's third.

Houston Texans. What are you, comparing him in Thai League, huh? I'm just, that's what the Texans need.

Another insane defensive lineman. It's like, oh, C.J. Strau, completely just kind of re, like, just went backwards last year. How do we double down on it, making sure he has to score even less points to win football games? What do you think? Comparing Cade McDonnell and Tiley Williams in terms of what they could show at the combine in their respective years, like, maybe was a little bit more solidified.

And I don't, are you confident that Cade McDonnell as a first-round draft pick, I guess?

Is the question if you're in alignment with Stefan Christic or does he need to punctuate that this week?

Tileak, the value with Tileak was that Tileak Williams could play whatever you needed him to play.

Like, Tyleek Williams could play, he could play nose.
