In what seems to be a dramatic shift of their planning and even philosophy on defense spending, the European Union has voted to approve a plan that will dramatically increase its defense spending,

over 800 billion euros.

This comes after they have been heavily criticized

for not paying their fair share into NATO and relying on the

United States to defend them. This is also with the talk of Ukraine wanting to join NATO,

of which the president, President Trump, is not in favor of at this time. But this really is a win for the American people who have been

carrying the burden of European defense and NATO defense for decades. This is President Trump,

the pressure he has put on Europe, to see them pay for their own defense. This is an America

First policy. These are nations that are

very wealthy, that have large GDPs, Germany being one of the largest GDPs in Europe and in the world.

And they were not previously paying their fair share. This is coming under the rearm Europe plan that was voted on by the European

Commission. And it also has a plan for more support for Ukraine, once again, where the United
