And me Alice Sheridan. And we are, Alice is broadcasting from somewhere a little bit different today

because she's on her holidays and yet still showed up to do this so thank you very

much for doing that. We have a juicy main topic

because after last week's episode and I got all kinds of messages from people worrying about

me and offering suggestions and telling me to have a holiday and it's actually Alice who's having a holiday.

Yeah, we'll talk about holiday, holiday in inverted comments.

Yeah, well we'll get to that.

But before, so our main topic follows on from last week and we're going to talk about

breakthroughs, what do they mean and what happens after them. But before we do that, let's do

our usual what you've been up to this week. So I gather it's been quite a busy holiday a week for you.

Yeah, it has.'re we're in Dartmouth I must admit it's funny I'm looking at some people on Instagram who've made the brave escape and

gone somewhere either hot and sunny which my daughter is highly

envious of and she's like we could just go people are going people are going and I'm

like yeah no but what made me really envious was a friend of hers has taken got the the tunnel which she said the train was pretty empty to Amsterdam and went to the Van Gogh Museum and said they were the only person in there.

I know. So I was kind of like, oh that kind of thing would be good, wouldn't it?

You normally can't even move.

I know. So a little bit envious of that rather than the hot weather. The hot

weather I just keep reminding myself, no it's just hot and you get through loads of
