November 2018, just a couple of days before Thanksgiving, firefighters responded to a house fire in the affluent community of Coltsneck, New Jersey.

They found a million-dollar mansion engulfed in flames and the body of 50-year-old Keith Canero shot dead on the front lawn.

Inside, his wife and two young children were also found murdered in what appeared to be a targeted attack.

And the tragedy didn't end there.

Earlier that morning, a fire had broken out at Keith's brother's house in nearby Ocean Township.
