Mariano Caldente is an Arsenal player,

as we've known for some time.

We reported on May the 13th that that was very likely to happen.

Our understanding at that point was the player had been at the training ground, had

spoken to the club, there was a verbal agreement in place and then after the Champions League final and the

U-A for June Internationals, she came back to London to sign the contract.

And now we are past July the 1st and her Barcelona contract officially expired.

She is officially an Arsenal player.

So, you know, apologies if we opened that Christmas present a little bit early for you,

but that is kind of our job. And that is now announced.

So Arsenal have taken a starter from Barcelona, which I think is very exciting, possibly got

overshadowed a little bit by the news of Vivian Media's departure, which I

think understandably took up a lot of people's bandwidth bandwidth but that's not what we're here to discuss

Madhiana Caldente the player and who better to do that with than with our resident
