Conti Cup final between Arsenal and Chelsea and a game I think picking up in my kind of

WhatsApp groups and my conversations with other Arsenal fans that I think has a fair

bit of trepidation is probably a dried juice to describe how Arsenal fans are feeling

about this one. So not sure how many people are going to listen to this particular

podcast to be honest. I think a lot of Arsenal fans are trying to block it out and

are in a very will deal with it when it happens. Type thing a bit like waiting for

surgery or something. But I'm feeling a little bit more kind of excited and

confident, but maybe not confident, but more excited than that certainly. And to look

ahead to that final as ever, we've got with us the covers of the Counter-Press

Podcast and the London is blue podcast Jesse Parker, Humphreys Jesse. Welcome back

to the podcast. Thanks for having me back on. Absolute pleasure and obviously we'll get

like a bit of a Chelsea perspective from you. But before we do that, obviously the

Counter-Press Podcast, I just wanted to give you a chance to plug it really because

I know it's quite new, only just started. So what and who is the Counter-Press Podcast?

Yes, so Counter-Press is a Flow Lloyd Hughes vehicle, which I am, you know, I like to

hand onto Flow as co-tails basically. And she has many vehicles to be fair.

She does, yeah. She drives a lot of a lot of cars. But yeah, it's Spotify producing it

with Flow as kind of the star. And then she's brought along me. She's brought along Becket

Hayle Gale, who some people might know, as well as Kate Longhurst, West Ham player and

Julie Flatti, obviously former Arsenal and Chelsea player. To kind of do a bit of a standard

Monday roundup and then also doing Thursday episodes, which are a bit more fun and silly.
