Hello and welcome to the Arsenal Women Askcast on AskBlog.com with me, your host, Tim Stillman, looking back at Sunday's F-A-Cup fifth round, 2-0 win over London City

lionesses at a very muddy and very, very cold Meadow Park. It feels like I've lost the feeling

in my toes at Meadow Park too many times this week. It is a bit weird that we don't play

there for months and months, and then it seems

like we're there every other day. But Arsenal did get it done. They're into the quarterfinal

of the FA Cup for the first time since 2022, actually, aiming to win it for the first time since

2016. And last week, the pod ran rather, a little longer than usual because Manchester City 3, Arsenal 4,

there was a lot to get through.

I don't think that's going to be quite as much to get through with this game because I don't

think there's a huge amount to say about it, but I think there are some little kind of threads

here and there, and some of those will come out your questions in part two.

And here, as ever, to dissect the game with me is our co-host Jamie Spanger.

Jamie, how are you doing?

Is the feeling returned to your feet?

Yeah.

Tim, honestly, no.

I feel like we've spent more time at Meadow Park than I have in my own apartment in the last

couple days. So it's just the feeling you get when you're in the press box and you're saying,

okay, this isn't too bad.

And then you walk to do, you know, post-match media and suddenly I can't feel my feet.

And it's just awful.

But I've thought out, I'm here and I'm excited to this.
