Kieran Gibbs as we kick things off at Wembley, which saw the community shield take place between

Arsenal and Manchester City of the City, who would open the scoring great goal from Karl Palmer,

and it looked like it would be enough. Then we're pretty much the last kick of the regular time,

we see Arsenal get the equaliser, Trossard shot the fleeting off of Kanji, meaning it was 11,

we got penalties, Rodry missed his, came to Broina missed, and Arsenal converted all of this,

and Arsenal are your community shield winners, winning it for the first time since 2020.

Very Craig, big deal. Not big deal for City, really, but a big

edge deal for Arsenal just to get the confidence, the way that they hung in there, the way they

played actually at certain times in the game, they saw the stats, they were relatively evenly

matched. I thought Arsenal were a wee bit more in size of it times, Kairavitz could have had

himself a couple of goals, Timber played great, more game time for Rice, and City as a second half

were on, brought some of the big guns on, but just looked as if they were, a little bit shed behind

Arsenal in terms of the sharpness. I think Sack has gone to have another great season,

just got some strength, I think the left hand side is going to be an interest in one with

Martin Elliott, he might find himself under a lot more pressure from A-Havards and maybe from

B-Trossard. Sack, I know, not at all, you don't leave him out the end. How will he chop and change,

party, Rice, some games I think, just be Rice, other games that will be too holding midfielders when

the bigger teams come are calling, so I think if you were said to me to start the last season,

this was going to be such an exciting period for an Arsenal fan, I would have said no,

it's not going to be as good as this, but it's got potential to be really, really good.
