Hello. Evening, we're actually recording this on Sunday night. This was one of these moments, by the way,

when, you know, there are some pods that record basically directly after the game. I don't know about

you lot, but I was incapable of speech for at least an hour after that. I mean, I really was. How did you cope, Adrian? Were you there? You were commentating on it, wasn't you? I was commenting on the game. Yeah, look. Well, I know it sounds a bit weird, Stoney, but I genuinely find it therapeutic to watch the game back as soon as possible, which I know is a little bit,

yeah, wouldn't suit everybody.

On the train home, I was looking through all the stats of the game, just trying to understand

what was going on.

And then I had access to some highlights.

And I watched it back.

And yeah, by the time I got home, I was okay with it.

I've made peace with

the result so but I suspect that's not everybody's cup of tea including your own stony no uh no no

you're a bigger man than I am I'll tell you that Amy I mean I imagined you didn't watch it

straight back after it finished no in fact I reached for the remote with indecent haste after Aston Villa's goal

and decided that I just needed to literally switch off metaphorically and every conceivable way.

So I decided to clear my head.
