Some teams couldn't stop finding the back of the net and others could have gone all day without scoring absolutely nothing. Arsenal and United dented each other's title hopes at the Emirates, leaving the gunners 10 points off Leaders Man City Chelsea on the other hand knocked five past West Ham to give a warm WSL welcome to new manager Riserque Rorino finally we look ahead to the masses of FA Cup games coming up this week and speak to York City midfielder at Neve Doody, about their upcoming fixture with fellow fourth tier side Chatham Town.

How does it feel coming back from your snow palace?

Honestly, a bit shit, yeah, the weather outside is frightful.

Yeah, nice. And I'd rather be in a cabin in the snow, but here we are. With you, at least you're making it brighter. I was going to say, like your third wheel, trusty third wheel, is back in the booth again. Yay. Yay. Yeah. The enthusiasm is palpable. How are we doing on the old year's resolutions? have we made any progress on any of them?

What were your personal ones and where are we at two weeks into Jan? You told me about three minutes ago you're going to ask me this question. And I have yet to come up with Annie. I think maybe a bit more, make a bit more time for like personal care. You know, yeah, for me. All right. You know, read a book every now and then. Maybe, and then maybe you know do a facial you know those kind of vibes once or twice in the year um so yeah i think you're gonna try and do a bit more of that because by the end of the year i feel i was haggard man so we all were that's gonna be maybe one of them what about you i aged quite quickly last season um uh i've been trying to get on like a bit more of hype. I'm not going to hire rocks. I'm not that person. It's just never going to be me. That's a lot. It's a lot of stuff. I don't have time for the stuff. And also, like, I just don't fancy, like, being in a metal container, like, sweating with other 3,000 other people and having my photograph taken. No. It's just better ways. Yeah. And then also I'm bringing lunches to work now that I make at home and stop spending an absolute fortune on, yeah, market lunches, which I actually do love. You might be able to afford a house now. Oh, Christ. Because isn't that like all you have to do is just stop like buying coffee is an avocado.

Yeah, match a tea is an avocado on toast. And you can buy a house within six months. You should be fine. Six hundred two years. Yeah, yeah. So yeah. I'll be on my fourth property by December and that's the plan for me going forward. What fitness, by the way. Is there anything in particular? I'm back to gym box. Yeah, back to the routine, doing like little like cross-fitty classes and bike and beats is the one that I'm really enjoying. Love that. Spinning sessions at the moment. Very nice. Although some of the spinning sessions are quite intense. Like you get into like the, and they've got like lights and the instructor. And then you come off the saddle, don't you?

And you start like, oh yeah.

And it's, yeah, it's intense.

It's a lot.

And then, like, the instructor,

the bikes have, like, little lights at the front.

which is it cools you out a little bit. And there was one that went to over Christmas and it was just

It was like quite intense. Fuck the hell. Well, you've, well done, you've put me off trying that. Anyway, let's get stuck into the moments of the weekend then. What are you going for?
