It would be Isaac with a fantastic finish back fit, back to start 11 for Newcastle who would make it 1-0. Good response to Liverpool though in the second half as Jones would make it 1-1. Big chance. We saw for Nunez would be missed and Gordon then makes it 2-1 to Newcastle. Then it was all about Mosulah.

A couple of great finishes would give Liverpool the ascendancy. It would like to be enough to give them the win but in the end a late goal from Shah Shah after Marseille from Kelleher would see it finished Newcastle 3, Liverpool 3.

Well, the difference here between the weekend against Mancite and this game at Newcastle

was intensity.

Intensity from Newcastle at home, more physicality, more pace.

Isaac was movement was better than in Hollands, although he was served better.

Anthony Gordon was a problem for them.

Con's started right back.

Gomez, again, second game in there alongside Van Dyke,

and they did not look as comfortable.
