I'm all right this is the first Arscast extra of the of the off season I know yeah I

I always had the thought as I sat down of like how do we do this again and there's not a

game I think it's where, mainly where we just talk quite a lot of

bullshit, isn't it? I think that's it and some people will be saying that doesn't really

differentiate it from when there are games.

True.

You know, true true.

But I think some of the sort of more niche content that we've done over the years has probably

been born during the interlock.

No doubt. No doubt. Well, we're into another interlol and of course.

I mean, how have you been since I saw you last, which was, you know, last weekend on the final day we had our show the night before and we all

went our separate ways and I switched off you know in a in a very way. I didn't do any podcast last week. I just felt like I needed

a little bit of time. I was doing the blog in the morning, that was fine, but I didn't podcast and I haven't

sort of spoken about Arsenal since last week and I have to say I'm feeling pretty

I feel good about my decision to just take a few days and leave it all to one side.

Yeah, I think I've been similar really, you know, just had a bit of distance from it.

Doing some bits and bobs of work, but I mean the lack of games, Arsenal games at any rate,

sort of does that by default, doesn't it, removes you from it a little bit?

And yeah, I've, I mean mean listen I love the football I love the week in
