I'm all right, I'm tired because we normally record in the morning around 9 or 10 in the morning

So I've been up up and out with the dogs, I've had some coffee, maybe more coffees than I actually need

But now it's about half one just after half past one. I've had my lunch

And I'm kind of feeling like, oh, I could do it just, you know, lying down, you know, like when a lion devours a gazelle

on the on the plains of Africa and he goes and he sits under a big tree and has a scratch,

does a bit of a roar and then just sleeps for 17 hours. I kind of feel like that, although I did not

have gazelle for lunch. Like when a snake swallows a horse or something and it just has to lie there

Digesting it, the acid slowly corroding the body. Yeah

So it can then move on with its life. It's a bit like that except again, I did not consume a horse

last time. Right. So what did you have? Cheeseburger

Still, I mean there you go, that explains I think you're feeling, there's a heaviness to a cheeseburger

Really spicy. Yeah, it was good. It was good. So I am feeling a little bit on the on the tire side this afternoon
