Hello and welcome to another arscast extra as always with James from gonna

all right I mean we are recording almost immediately after the game I'm

watching a bit of the the realm of dread Barcelona game here oh so

that normally we record at least with a bit of distance between the final

whistle and the time that we sit down behind our microphones which gives us

kind of a chance to to watch things again to calm down if we need to calm down

to to put across some considered opinions without the the emotion of the

result and the performance coursing through our veins so this this is gonna be
